  • Description

    TOUR PROVEN CAVITY BACK PERFORMANCE

    • The TC-201 offers the performance of a muscle back with the increased forgiveness of a cavity back and boasts wins on the PGA Tour and PGA Champions Tour. The precise engineering of this player's cavity back iron is enhanced by Miura hand finishing in its one and only factory in Himeji, Japan.

    PRECISION ENGINEERING

    • The cavity in all TC-201's is carefully engineered to put the mass in the right places so golfers can get the optimum contact - and forgiveness - from the club's perimeter weighting.

    OPTIMIZED PERFORMANCE

    • And the sole of the 201s, while never out of proportion, is marginally larger than in more blade-like models, allowing for easier turf travel through impact and overall more consistent flight.

    FLOW DESIGN

    • The TC-201 features a variable depth, range specific, 3D flow design. The TC (Tour Cavity) -201 delivers high precision shot making capabilities. With optimized weight distribution to the toe and heel, the depth of the center of gravity and the face thickness at the impact point vary. From long (4 and 5 iron @ 3.2mm) to middle (6, 7 and 8 irons @ 6.5mm) to short (9 and PW @ 6.7mm) irons.

    TECH OVERVIEW

    • Trajectory and Control - Slightly changing to a higher center of gravity in the short irons creates a lower trajectory and more control on shorter shots.

    • Stability - Constant weight towards the heel and toe helps with off center shots.

    • Enhanced Playability - The sole design contributes significantly to the playability and forgiveness of this club and the minimal offset paired with the top line at address inspires confidence.
